Opportunity is not.

Committed to Inspiring Change

As an experienced diversity officer, Dr. Williams aims to deliver education, provide information and inspire both change and growth in a variety of audiences. As the world moves ahead, workplaces evolve — especially in terms of its human composition.
Diverse organizations are more successful at retaining talent, and inclusive workplaces maximize both talent and productivity. Organizations with strong “diversity climates” (i.e., inclusive work cultures characterized by openness toward others and appreciation of individual differences) are likely to have teams with increased job satisfaction and knowledge sharing.

Testimonials

"... Designed and presented the second anti-racist touchpoint with expertise, confidence, skill, honest and empathy. I'd like to elevate the underlying 'academic' research as the foundational backbone (Dr. Kendi's book and other research materials), and how you tied that to our lived experiences (movies, advertisements, cartoons, dated history books). You teed us up for compelling and diverse experiential shares: how has this racist history been manifest through different lenses. That is, People of Color, people who have lived as the majority in one geography, but a minority in another, and white/white presenting experience. I hope everyone felt as I did that they 'belonged' in that session and were enriched by it. On a personal note, I also hope to use what I am learning and unlearning to challenge the bubble that is my operating sphere. Thank you for curating the most important 90 minutes of my week."
